Amy Pick, PharmD, MSOL, BCOP is the Assistant Dean for Experiential Education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s College of Pharmacy and co-director of the UNMCs Design Thinking team. She received her BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, PharmD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), PGY1 at Nebraska Medicine, and MS in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University. Amy is mom, wife, educator, pharmacist, and coach. She enjoys facilitating workshops that inspire innovation and creativity. Prior to joining UNMC, Amy spent 15 years as a faculty member at Creighton University and served for five years as Director of Faculty and Staff Development. She has spoken nationally on the topics of well-being, leadership, and authenticity. In her free time, Amy enjoys exercising and spending time with her husband and four boys, who keep her busy with sporting events.
