Doctor Michael Fulford is Assistant Dean for Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Initiatives and Interim Director of Faculty Affairs in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Georgia. He holds an MEd in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Georgia and a PhD in
Educational Policy Studies from Georgia State University. Dr. Fulford has worked professionally in higher education with demonstrated expertise in assessment, curriculum and instruction, and policy development since 1998. He is the Lead Author of the CAPE Assessment White Paper, ‘Are you
CAPE-ABLE? An Assessment Blueprint for Learning Experiences and currently serves as Chair-Elect of the SIG Cabinet. He offers tools and templates that provide institutions with the nuts and bolts to build their teaching, learning, and assessment plans and programs.
