My name is Kimberly Daugherty, PharmD, PhD, BCPS, and I am a Professor and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment at SulIivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. I am a pharmacist and educational researcher trained in pharmacy at the University of Kentucky (PharmD) and in leadership and evaluation at the University of Louisville (PhD). My interests include using assessment data to predict student success in our program so we can create programs to help struggling students. I have collaborated on several assessment papers and projects within the AACP Assessment SIG and am currently past chair of the SIG. I have also done several presentations at various AACP interim and annual meetings.
