Ashley S. Crumby, PharmD, PhD is an Assistant Instructional Professor and Academic Coordinator at The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. She currently serves as the coordinator of the school’s Academic Achievement Program. For the past three years her service to the School of Pharmacy and its students has included supporting at-risk student pharmacists improve their academic performance through the development of individualized success plans, accountability, and follow-up. Dr. Crumby’s scholarship efforts include student pharmacist-based research, specifically with regard to mentorship and post-graduate career decision making. She is also interested in exploring students’ utilization of academic resources and the factors that impact their decision to participate in programs such as the Academic Achievement Program.
