Donna M. Feudo, BS, RPh, earned her B.S. degree in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences. She holds the position of Associate Dean of Experiential Education and Clinical Affairs at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Dean Feudo is responsible for the development, management, and placement of students in experiential rotations, and the creation and sustenance of relationships with preceptors and rotation sites and clinical affairs affiliates.
Dean Feudo has teaching responsibilities and she is active on key interprofessional healthcare education and pharmacy school committees. She also works with students and university offices to ensure appropriate accommodation for students with disabilities. She is a chapter advisor for two key student organizations: the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and New Jersey Pharmacists Association (NJPhA).
Her research and publications focus on Community Pharmacy Practice, the Opioid Crisis, Experiential Education, Student Disabilities in Experiential Programs, Curriculum Development, and Student Advocacy Opportunities.
She continues to advocate for the expansion of the role of the pharmacist in the community practice setting, encourage interprofessional education, and advocate for the profession. The NJPhA recognized her contributions to the profession with the Albert Rosica Award in 2002, a presidential citation in 2006, and the Don Wernik Academic Achievement Award in 2007. In 2022, she received two highly competitive awards at the University: the Rutgers Beloved Community Award and the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences Team Service Award for COVID 19 vaccination efforts.
