Rae Matsumoto, PhD, is currently a professor at the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy at the University of the Pacific. She is a broadly trained scientist and educator, with over 20 years of administrative experience building collaborative, multidisciplinary training programs in medical and pharmacy schools. Dr. Matsumoto served as dean at two pharmacy schools in California, securing funding for new and existing initiatives, including through fundraising and the delivery of innovative curricula. She remains committed to training future leaders for the profession of pharmacy by promoting innovation and excellence in teaching, research and service.
