Marje Winhoven is an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy where she primarily coordinates active learning throughout the entire second year for an Integrated Pharmacotherapy course in the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) curriculum. She also has experience teaching in the undergraduate curriculum.
Prior to accepting her current appointment at the College of Pharmacy, her work experience included chemist at Boehringer Ingelheim – Roxane Labs, community pharmacist and pharmacy manager at Target and clinical pharmacist in home infusion at Option Care. Her professional interests include teaching, facilitation, active learning, team development and wellbeing.
She received her BS in biology from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences in 1999, PharmD from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 2008 and completed a residency in community pharmacy at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in conjunction with The Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio in 2015.
