Rebecca Carlson, MLS, AHIP, is a health sciences librarian and Liaison to the Eshelman School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In her primary role as liaison to the Eshelman School of Pharmacy, Carlson collaborates on education, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. She received her Master of Science in Library Science degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and has also worked as a clinical librarian and a nursing and allied health librarian. Carlson’s research interests include data science in health sciences libraries; improvements in systematic review and literature searching methods; interprofessional education and practice; and the value of librarians in clinical and didactic education.
