Jill Morgan, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS, FNAP is Professor and Chair of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. She practices at the IPE Pediatric GI Clinic at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She received her PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Jill has been involved with several professional organizations. She served as the Chair for the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Administrative Services Section and the Student Services SIG, the President for the Maryland Society of Health System Pharmacists (MSHP), the Chair of the research committee for Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group (PPAG) and is currently the Chair for the Pharmacy Academy in National Academies of Practice. Dr. Morgan received the AACP Administrative Services Section Award for Sustained Contribution to Administrative Practice in Pharmacy Education, the Excellence in Innovation Award and the Mentor of the Year Award from Maryland Pharmacists Association, the Purdum Award from MSHP, and the University of Maryland Board of Regents’ Faculty Award for Mentoring. She has completed a variety of research projects in children related to pediatric constipation, interprofessional education, adherence, pediatric dermatology, and taste and flavoring of medications for children.
