Meredith Howard, PharmD, BCPS is an Associate Professor and Chair of Pharmacotherapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Pharmacy. She practiced as an internal medicine clinical pharmacy specialist at Medical City Fort Worth and then Director for Hospital Practice in experiential education prior to transitioning into her chair role. She earned her PharmD degree from the University of Rhode Island and completed a 24-month Pharmacotherapy residency with Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences/Indiana University Health. Her scholarly interests include experiential remediation, IPPE and APPE readiness, and faculty and preceptor development.
